Job summary

Integer is seeking an entry level engineer to apply standard engineering methods under mentorship from experienced engineers and managers, ensuring internal and external customer expectations are met or exceeded.

You will adhere to Quality Management Systems, review procedures, analyze data to identify root causes, participate in projects to develop and implement new technologies, and collaborate across teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 0-3 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria under supervision.
• Review procedures and plans prior to implementation; evaluate products and processes for improvements.
• Participate in projects to investigate, document, and implement new technologies of moderate complexity.
• Follow established quality management and production system methodologies to drive product and process improvements.
• Collect and analyze data to establish root causes of failures and justify improvements.
• Collaborate with teammates to exchange information and ensure understanding of development tasks.
