Job summary

Qualifications

• PCI Level I certification or ACI Grade I with 1+ year in precast plant.
• Reads shop drawings and tensioning calculations.
• Willing to work early production hours.
• Honest with numbers and careful work.

Responsibilities

• Inspect forms, reinforcement, embeds, and blockouts against shop drawings before each pour.
• Verify strand tensioning elongation and force records against calculated values.
• Run fresh concrete tests (slump, air, temperature, unit weight) and cast cylinders per ASTM C31.
• Inspect finished products for dimensions, camber, finish, and defects and tag for shipment or repair.
