Job summary

Dexian Government Solutions is seeking a Junior Business Applications Developer to support PEO STRI in Orlando, FL. You’ll help design, build, test, and improve Microsoft Power Platform solutions and related Microsoft 365 applications for enterprise users.

The role emphasizes collaboration with business users, developers, and project teams to document requirements, validate functionality, and ensure quality standards are met. An interim clearance and IAT II certification are required.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in software development, QA, BA, or related field.
• Basic familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Basic understanding of SDLC and testing concepts.
• Ability to document requirements, test results, and stories clearly.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps (SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, OneDrive).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Power Apps, Automate, BI, SharePoint under guidance.
• Build workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Review requirements to understand functionality and acceptance criteria.
• Meet with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document requirements and user stories.
• Assist with creating and maintaining test cases and QA documentation.
• Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing; log defects.
• Troubleshoot issues and assist with enhancements with users.
• Validate reports, forms, workflows for accuracy.
• Contribute to solution documentation and deployments following standards.
