Blu Omega LLC is seeking a Junior Power Apps Developer to design, develop, and maintain Power Platform solutions. This remote role supports a federal business transformation program, automating manual processes and enhancing workflows.

You will work across multiple small projects, collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into practical technical solutions, with a focus on Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing apps in Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas Apps).
• Experience building workflows with Power Automate.
• Understanding of data sources, business logic, forms, and testing.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Power Apps.
• Build Power Automate workflows to automate processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workflows and data needs.
• Develop interfaces, data structures, forms, and workflows.
• Configure and integrate SharePoint Online data sources.
• Troubleshoot defects and support testing/UAT.
• Demonstrate applications and gather feedback.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate multiple small projects.
