Hatch is seeking a Junior Port Planner to join the Infrastructure group, supporting global offices from our Long Beach, CA location while based in Brooklyn, NY. The role involves applying planning principles to port challenges across multi-disciplinary projects.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates with a degree in transportation planning or related fields, a minimum 3.0 GPA, and familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and ArcGIS. In-office environment with flexibility for remote work as needed.

Qualificações

• Recent or soon‑to‑be university graduates with relevant skills.
• Preferred bachelor’s or master’s degree in transportation or planning; or civil/marine/engineering.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.

Responsabilidades

• Apply planning principles to provide efficient, economical solutions for port planning.
• Conduct road, rail, and marine operations planning per standards and client needs.
• Collect, review, and analyze planning data to meet project objectives.
• Prepare reports, memos, presentations, maps and models.
• Contribute to proposals and business development materials.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary project teams.
