Job summary

Producers Midstream Management LLC seeks an Entry Level - Plant and Field Operator in Allison, TX. This Maintenance Operations Technician role provides training and mentorship while supporting day-to-day plant and field tasks.

You'll assist with monitoring systems, perform routine maintenance, record data, and participate in safety meetings. The position offers growth toward Plant or Field Operator roles as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to learn plant operations and safety systems.
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with familiarity of tools and equipment.
• Ability to operate simple equipment and perform routine data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist Plant Operators in monitoring and operating plant systems and controls.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as filter changes, lubrication, and minor repairs.
• Monitor and record data including pressures, temperatures, and flow rates.
• Support plant startup, shutdown, and emergency procedures.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and report abnormalities.
• Maintain logs and ensure safety and environmental compliance.
• Participate in safety meetings and job hazard assessments.
• Assist in field inspections and maintenance at remote sites.
