Producers Midstream Management LLC is seeking an Entry Level Plant and Field Operator in Kelton, TX. You will receive training and mentorship while supporting day-to-day plant and field operations.

The role focuses on monitoring systems, performing routine maintenance, and collecting field data. Growth into Plant or Field Operator positions is expected based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of industrial or mechanical experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn plant operations and safety systems.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer and data entry skills; Excel familiarity is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Plant Operators in monitoring and operating plant systems.
• Perform routine maintenance like filter changes and lubrication.
• Record pressures, temperatures, levels, and flow rates.
• Support startup, shutdown, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain logs and assist in field inspections.
• Ensure safety and environmental standards compliance.
• Assist contractors and vendors following safety protocols.
• Drive to remote field sites for inspection and maintenance.
• Carry out line walk inspections and report irregularities.
