Job summary

Qualifications

• AICP certification or ability to obtain in one year.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Review and process land use and zoning requests.
• Receive citizen and applicant inquiries.
• Provide information by email, telephone and in person.
• Explain and understand complex procedures, regulations, and code requirements.
• Conduct site inspections associated with land development or use requests.
• Prepare staff analyses and conclusions for each case handled.
