Job summary

Fountaincolorado is seeking a City Planner I-II to engage in professional planning, project coordination, and customer service for city codes and regulations.

This role involves reviewing development applications, conducting property research, and supporting advisory boards. Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience, along with effective communication and analytical skills.

Salary ranges from $23.75 to $35.25 hourly depending on the position level. Remote work is not available.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or two years of planning-related experience.
• Ability to obtain ICS Certifications IS100 & 700 within 12 months of hire is required.
• Knowledge of statistical and algebraic systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and coordinates planning applications and conducts technical analysis.
• Provides staff assistance to advisory boards and conducts meeting follow-ups.
• Collects data and prepares reports related to land use trends.
