Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years with HS or 4+ with Associate or 2+ with Bachelor in relevant field.
• DoD 8140 and IAT Level II certifications required.
• TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI poly.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Proven PKI experience and customer-focused support.

Responsibilities

• Provide PKI program support and monitoring.
• Serve as a PKI Registration Authority.
• Conduct face-to-face user validation.
• Provide training for PKI users.
• Support development, maintenance, and management of policies.
• Maintain awareness of new and developing PKI protocols and standards.
• Coordinate and resolve IA-related trouble tickets.
• Create installation and training documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
