Chenega MIOS in Springfield, VA seeks a Junior PKI Administrator to support PKI programs, act as a PKI Registration Authority, validate users, provide training, and help develop policies for a fast-paced government contracting environment.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with 6+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree, DoD 8140 IAT II (CCNA-Security; GICSP; GSEC; Security+ CE within 6 months), and TS/SCI with CI poly.

Formación

• DoD 8140 IAT II: CCNA-Security; GICSP; GSEC; Security+ CE (within 6 months).
• TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain CI poly.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Intelligence Community environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide PKI program support, including registration authority and user validation.
• Create and maintain training materials and PKI-related documentation.
• Develop and maintain PKI policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Information Assurance teams to resolve PKI issues.

Chenega Agile Real-Time Solutions (CARS) was created with the purpose of providing integrated enterprise IT support to Federal customers both CONUS and OCONUS. CARS employs Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with decades of experience working in the Federal marketplace.

The Junior PKI Administrator support provides superior customer service. PKI support is direct support of customer certificate issues and PKI system-related issues. Located in Springfield, VA.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the agency’s efforts to manage and monitor Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Programs.
• This support includes the following activities:
  • Serve as a PKI Registration Authority
  • Conduct face-to-face user validation
  • Provide training
  • Support development, maintenance, and management of policies
  • Maintain awareness of and competency with new and developing protocols, specifications, techniques, and standards
  • Coordinate and resolve Information Assurance-related trouble tickets in connection with PKI
  • Create installation and training documentation
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent and 6+ years of relevant experience OR:
• Associate’s degree and 4+ years’ experience OR:
• Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years’ experience
• Relevant experience in the following:
  • Operational experience with ServiceNow
  • Experience in the Intelligence Community
• DoD 8140 (formerly 8570.01-M), IAT Level II: CCNA-Security; GICSP; GSEC; Security+ CE (within 6 months)
• TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain CI poly
• Successfully pass background and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred CI Poly
• Preferred DoD 8140 Active Certification

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Ability to work independently and yet be effective within a team setting
• Must be capable of managing multiple efforts with time-related constraints in a fast-paced contracting environment
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholder groups and individuals
• Friendly presence, helpful attitude, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work well with others.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office applications
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, and experience working in a home office setting as well as the ability to train end users on frequently asked technical issues.
• Ability to provide technical assistance and support over the phone; good phone skills, professional demeanor, and previous customer service experience strongly desired.
• Good problem-solving skills; ability to visualize a problem/situation and think abstractly to solve it
