Job summary

U.S. Fleet Forces Command in Virginia seeks a Supervisory Information Technology Specialist (DCIPS) to serve as a SME in PKI Registration Authority, training, and system auditing activities.

You will oversee complex IT assignments, coordinate acquisition of major systems, and ensure data integrity across multiple platforms. The role requires US citizenship, eligibility for a secret clearance, and compliance with pre-employment drug testing.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Must be suitable for federal employment and able to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and consent to DCIPS conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and planning of difficult IT assignments across PKI RA, training, and system auditing.
• Performance of acquisition activities for major systems on mainframe, minicomputer, and microcomputer platforms.
• Manipulate, manage, move, store, display, transmit, and QA information to meet program needs.
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve IT systems, software, and hardware issues.
• Utilize supervisory skills to oversee team projects, assign tasks, and prepare performance appraisals.
