Qualifications

• 0-1 year of animal-related experience or shelter volunteer work.

• Effective verbal and written communication; weekend/evening availability.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, perform bathing, drying, nail trimming, brushing, ear cleaning, and gland cleaning.
• Ensure animal well-being and safety at all times in the salon.
• Interact professionally with pet parents and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized grooming area and equipment.
• Schedule appointments and maintain grooming records.
• Learn and follow Petco grooming policies and standards.
