Responsibilities include processing returns, updating addresses, handling front desk inquiries, and traveling to local properties to gather necessary information. Requires high school diploma/GED and a valid Georgia driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have valid Georgia Driver's License.
• Familiarity with data entry and basic software usage (Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of appraisal concepts and ability to gather information for value determination.

Responsibilities

• Process business personal property returns and update mailing addresses.
• Work appeals of business personal property returns.
• Prepare valuations and work appeals of boats.
• Update new businesses and delete closed businesses.
• Enter data in software system.
• Assist with front desk and answer phone calls.
• Maintain folders for the personal property division.
• Travel within Macon-Bibb County as needed.
