Qualifications

• 0–3 years of post-qualification experience or strong interest in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation
• Admission to the Texas Bar or eligibility to become licensed in Texas
• A law degree and ability to handle litigation-focused responsibilities
• Ability to commit to ~40 hours/week, primarily in office
• Competitive package with salary or salary plus significant bonus potential

Responsibilities

• Support plaintiff-side personal injury cases from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions and demand packages with senior litigators
• Conduct legal research on liability, damages and procedural issues in Texas personal injury matters
• Communicate with clients, experts, insurers and opposing counsel to advance claims and settlements
• Work closely with partners in a small team and grow toward increased file ownership
