Responsibilities

• Work with business credit requests less than $250K, recognize/refer larger lending opportunities and cross sell treasury and related small business products
• Build referral business opportunities through Centers of Influence (COIs) and the MGM Program
• Assist in strategies to grow the small business client and implement sales plans for Book of Business customers
• Deliver client services/outbound/inbound calls to acquire new relationships and deepen existing relationships through cross-sell of products
• Provide tellers and branch staff with coaching on products and programs, identify client needs and provide referrals
• Educate clients on service channels and leverage technology/marketing tools to uncover opportunities and present product offers
• Understand and comply with Citibank policies, standards and procedures
• Assess risk in business decisions, safeguard Citigroup and assets, escalate and report control issues with transparency
