Qualifications

• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills and ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Ability to work independently and within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow in-person and on phone.
• Delivers hospitality-focused, relationship-driven client experiences per TD service strategy.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities to enhance convenience.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness for compliant outcomes.
• Proactively refers clients to specialists to achieve long-term financial goals.
