Fidelity Investments seeks a recent college graduate to join our Defined Benefit team as a Pension Analyst. You’ll learn pension concepts, perform calculations in Excel, and support DB clients with accurate, timely processing of pension benefits.

Training is provided with mentorship from experienced colleagues as you build confidence and progress in the role, focusing on accuracy, compliance, and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree - Mathematics, Finance, Business, and Accounting majors are preferred but all are welcome to apply
• Strong analytical and intuitive skills

Responsibilities

• Processing various types of calculations, meeting timeliness and accuracy standards while interpreting DB plan rules to ensure compliance with the plan document.
• Supporting internal Client Service teams while developing subject matter expertise on assigned clients
• Manually calculate and review pension benefits for plan participants
• Supporting monthly testing of various systems upgrades and releases
• Participate in special departmental projects
• Document updates to User Procedure Documentation
