Job summary

XCEED is seeking a Junior Partnerships Manager to drive new business in Italy. You’ll lead generation, prospecting, qualify leads, pitch and negotiate with venues, festivals and promoters, and report to the Senior Partnerships Manager.

• Strong network in nightlife/events/music in Italy.
• Commercial mindset with resilience and drive in business development.
• Fluent in Italian and English; tech-savvy with CRM tools.
• Able to operate across Northern Italy.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a sales pipeline across Italy.
• Drive lead generation and qualify leads with discovery calls.
• Deliver light product pitches and demos; negotiate and close deals.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.
• Develop relationships through online channels and in-person presence.
