Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Ability to use steady hand‑eye coordination to work with small parts.
• Capable of lifting 20 lbs or more on a frequent basis.

Responsibilities

• Perform production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies.
• Fabricate Solar Cells including wiring processes, soldering, and bonding.

Skills

Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment

Ability to use steady hand‑eye coordination

Capable of lifting 20 lbs or more

Basic Microsoft Office skills
