Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Eagerness to learn the painting trade and follow instructions carefully.
- Physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and a desire to produce quality work.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle to travel to various job sites.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Prior experience in painting or construction is a plus but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
