Job summary

Aieres Group in Burlington, MA, is hiring a Painter Apprentice for a full-time, Monday–Friday role from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. You will learn the painting trade in a commercial construction setting, with hands-on mentorship and a clear path to growth.

This position starts at $18.00 per hour and offers weekly pay, paid vacation and holidays, a 401(k) with company match, comprehensive benefits, OSHA-10 support within 90 days, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Interest in learning painting trade in commercial construction.
• Experience in construction or painting is a plus; training provided.
• Ability to perform physical labor and stand for long periods.
• Comfortable working at heights with training and supervision.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools is advantageous.
• Reliable transportation to job sites across New England; driver's license preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

• Reliable transportation to job sites across New England; valid driver's license preferred.
