Job summary

The Junior Packaging Designer at Kendo Brands is responsible for creating inspiring and innovative package design that translates our branding message into compelling packaging for primary and secondary products.

You will collaborate with the Creative Director and SVP of Packaging, develop concepts across core products, line extensions, and limited editions, and ensure aesthetics and requirements are met in fast-paced timelines.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of design experience, including 1 year in packaging.
• BA or BFA in design is preferred.
• Passion for the beauty industry.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create inspiring, strategic, and innovative ideas for primary and secondary packaging designs.
• Review designs with the Creative Director and SVP of Packaging before cross-functional sharing.
• Develop design concepts across core products, line extensions, and limited editions.
• Support packaging design development for upcoming programs and launches with product teams.
• Assist in presenting packaging designs with 3D renderings and comps.
