Kendo, a division of LVMH, is seeking a Junior Packaging Designer in San Francisco. You will translate branding into compelling package designs for a fast-paced beauty portfolio, collaborating with Creative Directors and cross-functional partners.

The role requires 1–2 years in design (1 year packaging), strong presentation skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Hybrid, Tue–Thu in-office; Mon & Fri remote.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of design experience, incl. 1 year in packaging.
• BA or BFA in design preferred.
• Passion for the beauty industry.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Experience creating presentations from materials to concepts.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.

Responsabilités

• Create inspiring, strategic, and innovative packaging designs.
• Review designs with the Creative Director and SVP of Packaging before cross-functional sharing.
• Develop consistent product/packaging codes across core products and launches.
• Support design development for upcoming programs with product packaging teams.
• Present packaging designs to cross-functional teams with 3D renderings and comps.
• Extend style guides into multiple sizes and formats, ensuring dielines and print specs.
• Collaborate with Production to ensure artwork delivery on time.
