Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of power plant operation or manufacturing techniques.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business-related field from an accredited college/university or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of directly related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer inquiries and ensure information is clearly transferred to related teams.
• Provide status reports for outstanding inquiries and orders.
• Prepare and review quotes/proposals; process customer orders.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer needs and schedule requirements.
• Support billing, warranty issues, and contract/purchase order documentation.
