You will work across Red Hat portfolio, shadow senior staff on customer projects, and gain hands‑on experience in Cloud, Automation, and AI.

Qualifications

• Passion for open source tech and a career in tech.
• Strong technical skills in CS/IT/AI from university, bootcamps, or military.
• Experience applying technical and problem‑solving skills in Enterprise IT projects.
• Willingness to self‑direct learning on new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the 10‑month onboarding FASTER program.
• Engage in customer projects, job shadowing, and real‑world solutions.
• Shadow senior team members supporting on‑site delivery and adoption of Red Hat tech.
• Develop skills across Cloud, Automation, and AI through trainings and certifications.
