Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Junior OneStream Developer to support the Defense & Security Segment in Arlington, VA. You will develop OneStream applications focused on financial close, reconciliation, and payroll, and configure cubes, workflows, and business rules.

Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts in an Agile setting to deliver compliant, audit-ready financial solutions. Some travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• OneStream development experience including configuring workflows, cube views and data loads.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/computer science, finance, accounting, data analytics, information systems, or related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, PeopleSoft, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop OneStream applications focused on financial close, reconciliation, and payroll management.
• Configure OneStream cubes, dimensions, workflows, business rules, and forms.
• Support migration activities from legacy tools, data loads, validation and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to implement requirements for audit-ready financial management.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and iterative development to deliver high-quality solutions.
