Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a OneStream Junior Developer to support its Defense & Security Segment. You will develop OneStream applications for financial close and payroll, configure cubes and workflows, and assist with legacy data migrations.

The role requires a clearable Public Trust, a related bachelor’s degree, and at least one year of OneStream experience. You’ll participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with senior staff to ensure audit readiness and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST; candidates must obtain approved adjudication prior to onboarding.
• Active PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, finance, accounting, data analytics, information systems, or related field.
• One (1) year of OneStream development experience including configuring workflows, Cube Views, Business Rules, data integration, dashboards, and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop OneStream applications focusing on financial close, reconciliation, and payroll management.
• Configure cubes, dimensions, workflows, business rules, and forms.
• Support data migration, validation, reconciliation, and parallel comparisons with legacy systems.
• Develop, test, and document OneStream business rules and enhancements.
• Collaborate with senior developers and analysts to implement requirements aligned with audit readiness and financial compliance.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative development cycles to deliver quality solutions.
