Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with formulation and testing processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and enhancement of product formulations based on customer needs and company quality standards.
• Conduct experiments, stability tests, and performance evaluations of different formulations.
• Analyze data and interpret results to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality control teams to ensure successful scale-up and commercialization of new products.
• Maintain detailed documentation of formulation processes, test results, and observations for regulatory compliance.
• Troubleshoot formulation challenges and ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines.
