Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, manage, and optimize network infrastructure for reliability, performance, and security.
• Work with IT teams and stakeholders to develop network policies.
• Troubleshoot network issues and ensure compliance with DHMS IT policies and best practices.
• Configure and troubleshoot network equipment (e.g., Cisco, Juniper) using tools such as Wireshark.
• Conduct network assessments and develop automated configurations.
• Develop and maintain network documentation.
• Perform system testing and analysis.
• Perform backup and recovery functions on network infrastructure.
• Configure routers and switches to industry standards.
• Administer Microsoft Active Directory network accounts.
