Qualifications

• Proficient in configuration and troubleshooting methods and Wireshark.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Secret clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, manage, and optimize network infrastructure for DHMS program.
• Collaborate with IT teams to develop policies, troubleshoot issues, ensure compliance.
• Configure and troubleshoot network equipment (Cisco, Juniper) using Wireshark.
• Perform network assessments, automated configurations, and documentation development including SDN.
• Analyze and design voice networks, LAN/WAN, wireless networks, and NMS.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of testing and networking standards and trends.
