ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company seeks a Network Engineer to design, implement, manage, and optimize a resilient network infrastructure for the DHMS program. You’ll work with IT teams to establish policies, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security and compliance.

Proficiency with Cisco/Juniper gear, Wireshark, and SDN concepts is essential; familiarity with Active Directory is a plus. The role emphasizes reliability, performance, and documentation, with responsibilities

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 4 years of network administration experience.
• Strong understanding of network principles and experience with Cisco/Juniper equipment.
• Advanced diagnostic, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, manage, and optimize network infrastructure for reliability, performance, and security.
• Work with IT teams and stakeholders to develop network policies.
• Troubleshoot network issues and ensure compliance with IT policies.
• Configure and troubleshoot network equipment (Cisco, Juniper) using tools such as Wireshark.
• Conduct network assessments and develop automated configurations.
• Develop and maintain network documentation.
• Perform system testing and analysis.
• Perform backup and recovery functions on network infrastructure.
• Configure routers and switches to industry standards.
• Administer Microsoft Active Directory network accounts.
