Qualifications

• Strong networking fundamentals and enterprise architecture understanding.
• Experience with VLAN, STP, and basic routing protocols (EIGRP/OSPF).
• Proficient in using CLIs to diagnose and apply changes securely.

Responsabilités

• Investigate alerts, fine-tune monitoring, and apply minor configuration changes.
• Address routine connectivity issues across Layer 2/3 and escalate when needed.
• Implement approved updates, gather performance metrics, and document changes.
• Support maintenance windows and upgrade activities to improve resilience.
• Collaborate with senior analysts to validate actions and ensure security.
