Job summary

Expert Technology Services in North Carolina is seeking a Junior-level .NET Developer to join the NCDIT Application Team. The role focuses on developing and maintaining web applications using ASP.NET, C#, and MVC architecture, with exposure to OData APIs and SQL Server.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, follow SOLID and OOP principles, participate in testing, and contribute to code quality. The position is contract-based with Temp-to-Perm eligibility; candidates should reside in NC

Qualifications

• 6 months+ experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC and .NET Core.
• Experience with OData APIs and SQL Server.
• Proficient in JavaScript, jQuery, and web fundamentals.
• Ability to write modular, reusable code and follow coding standards.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web apps using ASP.NET, C#, MVC.
• Work with OData APIs and SQL Server queries.
• Enhance functionality and user experience while writing clean code.
• Adhere to SOLID, OOP, and design patterns.
• Collaborate with QA, UI/UX, and business analysts; use Git/GitHub.
• Deliver business requirements with Product Owner support.
