Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Development, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of experience with C# / .NET and Angular (internships, coursework, personal projects, or professional experience all count).
• Working knowledge of SQL and REST APIs.
• Basic understanding of Git and modern development practices.
• Must be local to or willing to relocate to New Hampshire and able to work on-site daily.

Responsibilities

• Write, test, and maintain internal business applications using C# / .NET and Angular.
• Build and support REST APIs and backend services.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and deployment activities under guidance from senior team members.
• Support ongoing modernization of internal applications.
• Serve as a front-line resource for application-related support tickets.
• Troubleshoot desktop and application issues directly with end users, in person and remotely.
• Diagnose and resolve day-to-day technical issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
• Maintain clear documentation of recurring issues and resolutions.
