Job summary

Stiffler McGraw is seeking an Entry-Level Municipal Engineer in Hollidaysburg, PA. You will assist with planning, design, permitting, and construction administration for municipal infrastructure projects, including roadways, stormwater, and utilities.

You will help prepare construction documents, reports, and permit applications under the guidance of senior staff, with opportunities to gain hands-on experience across public works projects in the region.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Interest in municipal engineering, infrastructure design, and public works.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with conceptual, preliminary, and final construction documents and specifications.
• Support permit applications, cost estimates, and project coordination with municipal clients.
• Participate in field investigations, construction observation, and regulatory coordination.
