Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is seeking a Junior Loan Officer in Chesterfield, MO to provide administrative support to Loan Officers and deliver top-notch service to clients by email and phone. You will gather information, explain the loan process, and handle inquiries while marketing to past customers.

Ideal candidates have prior sales or customer service experience, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong communication skills.

• Previous Sales or Customer Service experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Great Communicator and Relationship Builder
• Microsoft Office Proficient (Outlook) required

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Loan Officers and high level of customer service via email and phone
• Gather information from customers and present loan process information as directed by Loan Officers
• Marketing via social media and outreach to past customers will be an important part of the role
