The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in restructuring and bankruptcy law, including creditor's rights and distressed M&A. Qualifications

• 2-4 years of general restructuring and bankruptcy experience.
• Experience with out-of-court restructurings and debt exchange transactions.
• Ability to draft transactional documents for M&A and finance transactions.

Responsibilities

• Work on Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases and cross-border insolvency cases.
• Develop strategies for in- and out-of-court reorganizations.
• Assist in bankruptcy litigation and workouts.
