Job summary

Hubot, Inc. is seeking a Junior Microbiologist to help set up and operate the Winchester, VA microbiology lab on-site. You will perform conventional microbiology testing across products and support stability work to ensure reliable, inspection-ready results.

Qualifications

• Degree in Microbiology or closely related life science field.
• Hands-on lab work with attention to detail and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up the Winchester lab, establish workflows and readiness.
• Perform conventional microbiology testing on all products.
• Carry out ongoing stability testing per program requirements.
• Prepare media and supplies for daily testing.
• Record data clearly and support review and interpretation.
• Support troubleshooting for atypical results under guidance.
