Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions is seeking a Junior Manufacturing Software Engineer to develop and maintain software for manufacturing environments, including MES integration, data collection automation, and live dashboards.

You will work on cross-functional teams, on production floor support, and use VC++, C#, Java, Python, and SQL to create custom applications and reports that reduce downtime and improve quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, IT, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years programming experience; manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with MES and paperless workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain manufacturing software applications and databases.
• Oversee MES administration and support.
• Develop intuitive applications with cross-functional teams.
• Write advanced SQL queries for process metrics and dashboards.
• Collaborate with management, engineering, and quality teams.
• Troubleshoot software, workstations, and network issues on the production floor.
