• Assist Merchants to organize assortments aligned to department strategy and drive earnings.
• Identify product opportunities and analyze competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with Design and Production on product strategies to meet customer needs and speed to market.
• Work with Planning and Allocation on seasonal investment strategy by market.
• Communicate seasonal strategies to cross-functional teams for alignment and profitability.
• Prepare and analyze selling recaps; manage samples.
