Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking an Associate Media Planner in Chicago to support the paid media planning process across channels. You will help execute vendor meetings, gather data, and learn reporting techniques while growing within a collaborative team.

You will gain hands-on experience with research tools, assist in RFPs, coordinate approvals, and contribute to a data-driven, inclusive media practice in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in media planning and buying digital media.
• Detail-oriented with strong math aptitude.
• Ability to multitask and be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management, organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office — PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage & coordinate vendor meetings and begin to become familiar with offerings and services.
• Actively listen and learn in meetings and begin to ask questions when comfortable.
• Efficient in media research tools after being trained.
• Compile research data and assist in populating monthly competitive analysis slides when needed.
• Assist in RFP process, evaluation of proposals alongside the media planner.
• Manage campaign authorizations and collection of NDAs and W9s; work with the Media Planner on insertion orders.
• Help coordinate the online creative trafficking process with Advertising Ops Team.
• Become familiar with the optimization process and learn to pull reports.
• Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion; model inclusive behaviors.
• All other duties as assigned.
