Milwaukee Valve Company, LLC. is seeking an engineer to develop plans, calculations, and CAD drawings for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing and quality teams to drive timely execution and continuous improvement. The role emphasizes analytical thinking, problem solving, and project management while applying 3D CAD (SolidWorks) and MS Office to document, analyze, and report findings.

Competenze

• Education and/or experience: bachelor's degree and 2–5 years engineering experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and standards.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software.
• Familiarity with project management tools and MS Office.

Mansioni

• Develops engineering plans, calculations, and estimates for project elements per standards.
• Creates drawings, models, and diagrams using CAD tools for peer review.
• Independently completes routine engineering analyses with guidance for complex cases.
• Provides day-to-day support for tasks and sub-projects with minimal supervision.
• Tracks deliverables, schedules, risks, and communicates status to supervision.
• Serves as technical liaison between Engineering and Manufacturing for timely execution.
• Supports design-for-manufacturability (DFM) considerations during execution.
• Assists in resolving routine manufacturing or design issues using standard methods.
• Collaborates with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and other teams.
• Ensures tasks align with systems, workflows, documentation, and change control.
• Escalates issues appropriately and provides timely project communication.
• Identifies opportunities to improve processes, documentation, or execution.
