Job summary

Mission Pharmacal in San Antonio, TX seeks a Maintenance Technician I to assist upper-level technicians in observing, troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment under supervision. You’ll help with disassembly/assembly, metal fabrication, restocking parts, and maintaining clean work areas while complying with cGMP, SOPs and safety guidelines.

High school diploma or GED and 1–3 months related experience required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist upper-level technicians to observe, troubleshoot and repair manufacturing-related equipment in operation. Help to identify and replace defective components.
• Assist with disassembly and assembly of manufacturing equipment.
• Assist with metal fabrication, deburring, and polishing.
• Restocks parts and materials in appropriate locations.
• Maintains cleanliness of all work areas.
• Complies with all cGMP, SOPs and Safety guidelines.
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
