Job summary

Lulu Group is seeking aMechanical Engineer with 1–5 years of construction project experience to supervise and coordinate on-site MEP works. You will review drawings, specs, BOQs, and project docs, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and standards.

The role requires strong communication and coordination skills, the ability to resolve technical issues, and familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and engineering software. On-site work in a fast-paced environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–5 years of construction project experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, site execution, and coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical construction and MEP works on-site.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project documentation.
• Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and other disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project standards.
• Track site progress, resolve technical issues, and prepare project reports.
• Support planning, material coordination, cost control, and documentation.
