Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Mechanical, Architectural or Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• 0 years of professional experience; domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Under direct supervision, designs HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems for basic complexity projects.
• Reviews draft designs for compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Ensures that firm policies and practices are followed on all designs.
• Performs site reviews to ensure designs align with location specifications.
• Updates design requirements as necessary.
• Develops white papers and technical design documentation for new or special designs, studies, etc.
• Submits technical papers and designs for publishing to technical journals.
• Performs other duties as required.
• May create or work with a team to create posters or presentation material for conferences.
