Job summary

Griff Network in Levittown, PA is seeking an Entry Level Engineer to support the manufacturing engineering team. You will develop practical mechanical solutions, create and maintain engineering drawings, and assist with automation and process-improvement initiatives on the plant floor.

The role offers hands-on training, mentorship from the Engineering Manager, and exposure to multiple manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 0–2 years engineering or manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CAD experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and update design drawings, layouts, and mechanical concepts using CAD software.
• Engineer mechanical solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Support the implementation and troubleshooting of automation projects on the plant floor.
• Partner with Production, Maintenance, and Operations to identify and implement process improvements.
• Document manufacturing processes, SOPs, and engineering changes.
• Collect and analyze process data and recommend solutions to reduce downtime and waste.
• Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and validation activities.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
