The Griff Network in Fallsington, PA is seeking an Entry-Level Engineer to support the manufacturing engineering team by developing practical mechanical solutions, creating and maintaining engineering drawings, and assisting with automation and process improvements. This hands-on role offers early responsibility and exposure to multiple manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering; recent grads welcome.
• 0–2 years of engineering or manufacturing experience; manufacturing exposure preferred.
• CAD experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar software preferred.
• Familiarity with slitting, sheeting, die press, converting, silicone coating, hot melt, or automation preferred.

Responsabilités

• Create and update design drawings, layouts, and mechanical concepts using CAD software.
• Engineer mechanical solutions that improve manufacturing efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Support the implementation and troubleshooting of automation projects on the plant floor.
• Partner with Production, Maintenance, and Operations to identify and implement process improvements.
• Document manufacturing processes, SOPs, and engineering changes.
• Collect and analyze process data and recommend solutions to reduce downtime and waste.
• Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and validation activities.
