Job summary

Thomas Young Group is seeking an Entry Level Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering consultancy, collaborating on large-scale projects across the United States. You’ll work with architects, developers, and public sector teams to design and coordinate mechanical systems for healthcare, education, and government spaces.

You will use Revit MEP and AutoCAD to produce project documentation, support from early design through construction, and gain exposure to a variety of project types while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• 0–3 years of experience.
• EIT preferred but not required.
• LEED accreditation is a plus.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Understanding of building, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Internship experience with an MEP firm is a plus.
• Authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

This engineering consultancy works on large scale building projects across the US and internationally, partnering with architects, developers, universities, and public sector clients on everything from healthcare and education to commercial and government spaces. With teams based across multiple offices, they’ve built a strong reputation for collaborative design, long term client relationships, and smart engineering solutions on fast moving projects.

They’re now looking to add an Entry Level Mechanical Engineer to the team.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the design and coordination of mechanical systems across a range of projects
• Working alongside senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams
