Job summary

E-Space is seeking a Junior Mechanical Designer in Arlington, TX to design and release EOAT components for satellite production. You’ll work under senior designers in SolidWorks, building parts and assemblies and converting prototypes to production-ready drawings.

You will support prototyping, build documentation, and GD&T learnings; experience with 3D printing or machining is a plus. The role is part-time, hourly, at our Arlington facility, with opportunities to grow in a high-rate aerospace

Qualifications

• Proven ability to create and modify parts, assemblies, and drawings in SolidWorks under supervision.
• Support EOAT and mechanical systems projects through prototyping and build.
• Produce build documentation and assembly drawings.
• Help fabricate, assemble, and test prototypes—from 3D-printed to machined hardware.
• Maintain CAD files, revisions, and the parts library to team standards.
• Learn and apply GD&T, tolerancing, and design-for-manufacture.
